Myonerv has been named to the 2026 #21toWatch Hall of Fame, recognising it as one of the East of England’s most promising startups. Companies honoured through #21toWatch have collectively raised £183 million in the past year alone.
Myonerv joins fellow Babraham Research Campus companies in this year’s cohort, including Lucy Jung’s venture and Cyclana Bio, co-founded by Léa Wenger and Kevin Chalut — reflecting the strength of the “Britain’s Biotech Powerhouse” campus community.
Founder and CEO Sam Kamali said the award recognised the more than 70 patients Myonerv has engaged with this year, the prototypes the team has built, and the connections made on the road to its Phase 1 clinical trial, which is working toward pioneering remote physiotherapy for stroke patients. He thanked Co-Founder and CTO George Gryparis for his work on the technology’s development, and Scientific Advisor Professor Rylie Green for her guidance throughout the company’s growth, along with the award’s sponsors and judges.
