Myonerv has been awarded a £65,000 Innovate UK grant to further advance the electronics behind its wearable neurorehabilitation device, working in partnership with the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC).
The funding is a double back-to-back grant, via a £50,000 Innovate UK Early Growth Catalyst and a £15,000 RTO Voucher, awarded on the same day.
The funding supports continued hardware development, including work on flexible ICs and PCBs, as Myonerv refines the electronics that combine EMG sensing and functional electrical stimulation (FES) delivery through its electrodes.
Partnering with the MTC gives Myonerv access to specialist manufacturing engineering expertise as it works to move the device’s electronics from prototype toward a scalable, manufacturable product ready for clinical use.
